Whatever works for you. It is my opinion that there is no one brand of cleaner that we can recommend over another. It all depends on your saliva and what you eat and how they interact. One product might be great for you and terrible for someone else. Experiment. If you do choose to use tablets or powder, don%26#039;t leave the dentures in the solution for much longer than it takes to turn clear or the teeth AND gums will start to get lighter in color. Dump out your denture cup and rinse off the dentures and then place them in plain water.
I tell my patients to pretend they are dishes and get them as clean as they would want them to be. Don%26#039;t use very hot water, though. The secret is that you have to do it OFTEN, with once a day as the minimum.

Reply:well the bay to clean artificial teeth is to brush the teeth everytime u eat...and before goin to bed to kep te teeth set in a saucer containing water....and the morning u can put it abck again in your mouth....and whenever u eat sticky and sweet food don forget to rinse it wid water...
well u can try denture brite....polident and efferdent....any one of the three can be usd ,,but da efferdent is best...
