You obviously are still grinding thru the night guard. It is called severe bruxism and you need to get back to your doctor and get him to place fillings and build all of your teeth back up again. It is unadvisable to have veneers or crowns down, because you will just chip them when you grind. I reccomend trying a day guard as well as the night guard. And perhaps your dentists lab can make it out of tougher material. Hope this helps!!!
Reply:Very common, your lower incisors(front teeth) are smaller than your upper teeth so obviously you will see the effects moreso. Are you wearing an upper or a lower nightguard? I am assuming an upper and probably why you are grinfing the lowers more. Report It

Reply:By the way, Insurance will almost always cover the fillings on your front teeth to fix the damage done by bruxism. It is not considered cosmetic, it is essential. Otherwise you will start to expose dentin and you will feel extreme sensitivity. Hope this helps!!! Report It
